Among the several types of rooms, the 5 Room had the greatest decrease in rent at Tembusu Grand.
Data from 99.co and SRX indicate that Tembusu Grand Showroom rents decreased by 0.4% month-over-month but jumped by 14.1% year-over-year in the month of October.
Rents increased by 0.1% month-over-month in non-mature Tembusu Grand Floor Plan, whereas they decreased by 0.1% month-over-month in mature estates.
The month of October saw a reduction in rent for two of the four different room kinds, specifically the 3 Room (-0.6%) and the 5 Room (-1.4% MoM) room types.
While this was going on, the rentals for the Executive and the 4 Room both went up by 0.9% year over year and 0.1% month over month.
The volume of HDB apartments, on the other hand, climbed in October, increasing by 2.4% month-over-month to a total of 2,830.
Additionally, the record for October 2023 was 14.9% higher year over year and 1.7% greater than the average volume for October calculated for the past five years.
Three rooms accounted for 31.9% of the entire volume, four rooms for 37.7%, five rooms for 24.5%, and executive rooms for 5.9% of the total volume.
